Wellness Sessions



Wings Wellness Hub
I am based in Langley Vale backing onto the Epsom Downs. A tranquil setting for my cosy cabin. A peaceful setting for you to unwind.
Alongside my Pilates and Sound Baths
I host
Rest and Restore Workshops
These are aligned to the five elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine TCM.
The workshops run for 2 3/4 hours.
The session comprises:
A discussion about the element and what it means for us
Intention setting with cacao (oracle cards are available)
1hr yin yoga, working on the meridian lines associated with that seasons element
Short break
Meditation
Breathwork
Sound session
Finish with a cup of Thai Butterfly flower pea tea
Reflect on how you feel, the intention that you set
Personal investment £50 (£25 deposit on booking and £25 the week before)
