Sound Baths
What should you expect:
Join me as you lay down on a cozy mat lined with a fur rug, surrounded by props, blankets , with the addition of an eye mask. While I provide these essentials, feel free to bring any additional items that make you feel at ease.
Our session will begin with guided meditation, body scanning, and/or breathing techniques to initiate relaxation. For about 40, I'll play various singing bowls and instruments, creating a soothing soundscape punctuated by moments of silence and if applicable the occasional reading of a poem.

The Effect
Sound sessions are most often relaxing, but not always. Sometimes you may experience a revelation or emotion that may be difficult. More often or not, this feeling might be useful and enlightening and help you process some emotions you are dealing with. It is totally fine and normal. I create a safe space, and you will be supported.
Just allow these emotions to be so. You are always welcome to discuss with me what comes up, but I am not a trained counsellor or mental health specialist. Most people get a sense of deep relaxation, and maybe see colours.
No bowls will be placed upon you, but it would be best just to alert me if you have epilepsy, are in the first trimester of pregnancy or have any metal joints or a pacemaker.
