Sturgeon Moon
28th August
Named by Native tribes, after the fish found in several regions of North America, mainly around the Great Lakes
What does this moon mean for us:
This moon symbolises, resilience, inner strength and deep emotional awareness.
A time to work on your persistence, inner strength and quiet power.
Full moons are always a good time to pause and reflect and this moon is asking you to look at what you are overthinking about and listen to your inner voice.
As we shift towards Autumn, a time to look at what we are grateful for and prepare for any future changes we might be work on .
Full moons are always a good time to clear out old emotional baggage and inherited patterns.
Research shows that just 1 hour of listening to singing blows, decreases tension by nearly 90% and anxiety by 60%
Oracle cards will be there to call upon to assist. We will have our mug of cacao to help open up the thought lines and help you with intention and speak to your heart.
Please feel free to bring a piece of paper where you have written things that maybe are holding you back and you want to let go by burning at the end of session. This is a good time to have a really deep look maybe things you have thought about in past months, but never written on that piece of paper, maybe now is the time.
You will be taken through a guided meditation which will follow into the sound session
You will be double thick mats and fur rugs to lie on, blankets and eye pillows. Bolsters and weighted bags if you require.
You are welcome to bring anything that would make your session more comfortable for you, extra blanket, your favourite pillow. Please can you keep anything else limited, as this space is for your session and not bags etc, I do have a small cupboard for coats and space for shoes.
Investment : £20
