If you have a medical condition (including epilepsy, sound sensitivity, severe mental health conditions, are pregnant, or use a pacemaker or medical device), you agree to consult with a qualified healthcare provider before participating.

Pilates

Pilates is a form of physical exercise that may involve strength, flexibility, and balance training.

You confirm that you are physically able to participate in exercise activities.

You understand that physical activity carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, or aggravation of existing conditions.

You agree to inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations prior to class.
Assumption of Risk
By booking and attending sessions, you voluntarily assume all risks related to participation and release the practitioner/instructor from liability for any injury, loss, or damage sustained as a result of participation, except where required by law.
Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for monitoring your own body and wellbeing during sessions and agree to stop participation if you experience discomfort, pain, dizziness, or distress.
