Consultations
Consultations are an important part of the treatment for me to better understand you and your needs. It is preferred for your first consultation to take place by zoom or phone call, to make sure I have all the details I need.
All clients must fill in a consultation form, which gives me the important information I require for safety and to cover basic needs.
Subsequent appointments can be made by phone, email or text message.

Cancellation and No Show policy
Life I know can throw us the unexpected, but please be aware if you call to cancel your appointment you will be charged 100% of the amount if you cancel in less than 24 hours. That time has been reserved for you, and is unlikely to be refilled. However under special circumstances if you rebook another appointment, you will not be charged.

If you are late, your appointment will end at the scheduled time. However if it is a mobile appointment, and I am late, your appointment will remain for the scheduled length of treatment.
